- Only PAID hardware parts replacement for desktop computers and laptops will be covered by our 180-day warranty. Other devices such as mobile phones repaired by Star Shied will be covered by our 30-day warranty.
- The following are NOT covered under warranty repair – Cracked LCD, accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid, fire, improper ventilation and any damages resulting from wear and tear. New part replacement(s) will be charged accordingly.
- Faulty replaced parts will not be returned to customer regardless of in-warranty or out-of-warranty.
- Evaluation fee will be forfeited in the event the customer disagrees to proceed with the repair.
- All promotions and offers by Star Shield are subjected to a set of terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice.
