Only PAID hardware parts replacement for desktop computers and laptops will be covered by our 180-day warranty. Other devices such as mobile phones repaired by Star Shied will be covered by our 30-day warranty.
The following are NOT covered under warranty repair – Cracked LCD, accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid, fire, improper ventilation and any damages resulting from wear and tear. New part replacement(s) will be charged accordingly.
Faulty replaced parts will not be returned to customer regardless of in-warranty or out-of-warranty.
Evaluation fee will be forfeited in the event the customer disagrees to proceed with the repair.
