Bought my ACER laptop in Challenger Bugis in 2023 n bought extend warranty, and I totally forgot about it. Until recently, my laptop was shut down in a sudden. Although it's a bit troublesome that I had to contact Star Shield and deliver/collect laptop myself (cause no more partner with Challenger), I'm still happy to be informed that Star Shield covered the cost of replacement for the damaged motherboard. My warranty is valid till Oct 2026 😊. Thanks for Celest's help!
