Brought my airpods for repair as I bought the extended warranty from them when Challenger was selling the service 2 years back. The staff, Nigel, who served me was polite and helpful.Prior appt is needed on the app and slots are readily available. The Extended Warranty was extremely helpful and worth the initial investment 2 years ago, when I purchased the laptop.
