I purchased the extended warranty for my printer under the Star Shield coverage, and after just one year of use, it malfunctioned. I promptly sent it in for repair and was offered a brand new printer of the same model for only a $24 top-up. This entire process was completed in two weeks, clearly demonstrating that this warranty was a smart investment!While some reviews suggest that the service staff needs more training, I want to highlight that the two young gentlemen who assisted me were exceptional. It appears that the company is committed to offering opportunities to individuals with special needs, and I commend them for that.

Brought my airpods for repair as I bought the extended warranty from them when Challenger was selling the service 2 years back. The staff, Nigel, who served me was polite and helpful.Prior appt is needed on the app and slots are readily available. I could make an appt for the next day.The only downside was that the repair time was a bit too long (2 weeks). Will update again on the repair status.
