Bought my ACER laptop in Challenger Bugis in 2023 n bought extend warranty, and I totally forgot about it. Until recently, my laptop was shut down in a sudden. Although it's a bit troublesome that I had to contact Star Shield and deliver/collect laptop myself (cause no more partner with Challenger), I'm still happy to be informed that Star Shield covered the cost of replacement for the damaged motherboard.
