Brought my airpods for repair as I bought the extended warranty from them when Challenger was selling the service 2 years back. The staff, Nigel, who served me was polite and helpful.Prior appt is needed on the app and slots are readily available. I could make an appt for the next day.The only downside was that the repair time was a bit too long (2 weeks). Will update again on the repair status.

Staff member Gerald was extremely helpful and polite, throughout the entire 3.5 weeks, that was required to repair the laptop's keyboard. The Extended Warranty was extremely helpful and worth the initial investment 2 years ago, when I purchased the laptop. Something which would have cost me $300-$400, IF I had repaired externally, was covered FOC for me, once I sent the laptop to STAR Shield. Highly Recommended 🙂
